It is quiet. My unique visitors fluctuate between 6000-9000, but the level of on going discussions have dropped, which seems to have contirbuted to my writer’s block:-) Life is busy! My husband’s young adult kids from his first marriage just moved back home. We now have all 6 kids in the house plus a future son-in-law. They came to visit us on the West Coast from iowa and fell in love with our family and the Coast. Things were pretty rough for them, but they are doing amazingly well here. One going to college in January and the other finishing some highschool credits all distance ed, so I now have 7 home schoolers in the house!

The trick has been maintaining our sex life with all the change and our new household members stay up much later. and their hang out space is right by our bedroom:-( We are finding strategies to ensure that our love life gets back on track because we both have such high libidos and desire for each other, but the focus has definitely been elsewhere!

I am sorry to hear Phil is still suffering…that must put a damper on things for him and of course then affect you. I will check through some of my documentation aroound the subject to see if I can find a strategy for healing….xox J

    Hi Joy,

It cant be quiet with such a full house! It’s nice, I guess to have a large extended family, even though it can get quite busy!

Coming from an Asian background, I always find the sexual vibrancy and longevity of westerners very very refreshing. However, that attitude is changing in the East too, especially young people are having pre-marital sex more often, it was quite unheard off in the older days!

Hang on in there, I’m sure everybody will start contributing to your blog more often. Did you see all the crowds in the cities, protesting against jobs, higher college fees. These are real concerns for our younger generation, I thinK!

    1. Tantrachick says:

Yes, that is a fantastic point! I am used to such beautiful busy-ness, especially child-oriented busy-ness that I am seeking more adult conversations:-) Yes, I don’t have a specific stand on pre-marital sex, but I know that I personally don’t even buy a pair of shoes without trying them on first…it does seem to makes sense to not only gain some life experience before marryingy, but also to ensure that they are sexually compatible.

I am truly enjoying life…my lover and I are okay with altering our focus and putting ourselves on theback burner a little so that we can be there 100% for our children. Our home is so filled with laughter and happiness that there is no room for complaining:-) Yes, there are so many issues in our world…that is one of the reasons I enjoy this blog so much, it allows me to let go and focus in on a topic I am deeply passionate about! From my heart to yours, Joy

    Dear Joy, J,

Since both of you seem very lively gals, which form of sex do you enjoy most? My wife loves oral sex on her, and anal penetration, but does not enjoy front penetration much? I love doing oral sex on her, and especially licking her anus dry!

Just to liven up the conversation!

If I were forced to choose one favourite position, it would definitely be connecting…lotus, reverse cowgirl, cowgirl, lay with me, missionary, doggie, wait, not, long hard screw….urg…I give up…I could never choose a fav. I enjoy flowing from one position to another with intermittent oral sex and self pleasuring until we melt into orgasmic bliss that takes our breath away….and you, J??

  4. naturegirl1 says:

Well….what I enjoy most is being on the receiving end of oral, but that doesn’t give the closeness, the feeling of all encompassing love that a good old fashioned missionary can provide.
Having said that, I, like Joy, love to experiment. Nothing is taboo until it has been tried at least once!

“The closeness, the feeling of all encompassing love that a good old fashioned missionary can provide.” I’m going to have to quote that one in my book, J!!!! That’s beautifully expressed, thank you so much for your deeply inspiring contributions! From my heart to yours with the utmost respect and admiration, Joy
