Single Life vs. Partner Life

on

Diamond Geezer’s intriguing Single Life posts comparing the differences between single life and coupled life are amazing because he doesn’t paint either as better or worse, just different:

Single: You can have sex with whoever you want, whenever you want.

Coupled: You have the best, most intimate, sex ever with one special person.

Single: You have the time to enjoy all the activities you want to do.

Coupled: You enjoy all the activities you want to do with someone else.

Single: You are free to hang out with your friends.

Coupled: You get to hang out with your best friend all the time.

I have spent very little time single in this lifetime…I love partnership too much!

When i was married ,nothing like making love ,or having wild sex, with someone you felt that special connection with.Being single ,although being able to have sex with whom ever ,at least for me has never been the same, some fun & exciting times, but not the same. But i am now learning things that i never thought i would be doing at this stage of my life, which are very fun & exciting, things i wish i did know when i was younger ,but i have also come to learn ,IT’S NOT TO LATE!But in my opinion there is still nothing like looking into th eyes of someone you love after GREAT SEX!.

This morning’s love making session was such a confirmation to me as to why I am in a committed relationship. We made such sweet love and I experienced a depth of connection beyond what I ever thought possible. It was a nice affirmation for me! Thanks for sharing…I love hearing everyone’s perceptions, it’s so engaging!
