I realize that this blog attracts viewers from around the world who may or may not celebrate Christmas. But I do celebrate Christmas and I have received so many blessing this year I wanted to take a moment to connect with you and wish you a Merry Christmas.
This is the first Christmas I have spent without my 17-year-old boy who (he moved back to BC). It was tough, but he connected with me and showed some wonderfully loving gratitude, so all is good in the world tonight. All of our children are safe, which is what truly matters.
We ended up having a lovely Christmas Eve dinner, woke up early to coffee and Irish cream, opened a few thoughtful and meaningful gifts then drove to share laughter and food with family. I feel deeply blessed and hope you do as well, regardless of your cultural or religious background.
Today, I am celebrating life! From my heart to yours,
